How generation works (Trust disclosure)
AI-Song routes music generation through partner model providers (third-party APIs). We build the studio UX, credits, and adjacent tools (lyrics, vocal remover, voices, TTS, SFX, video). We do not ask you to upload catalogs for model training as a condition of using Create.
Voice/persona features require your confirmation that you have rights to the source voiceâsee in-product consent copy. We do not sell celebrity impersonation.
What we deliberately do not claim
- Unrestricted free commercial use on every plan.
- Automatic copyright ownership in every jurisdiction.
- Content ID immunity or DSP playlist placement.
- That every take is release-ready or âbetter than Suno/Udioâ on taste.
- Fake celebrity endorsements or fabricated expert personas.
FAQ
Can I monetize AI-Song tracks on YouTube?+
If your plan includes commercial rights (Premium / paid tiers as described on Pricing), you may use eligible tracks in monetized videos, subject to our Terms. Free or limited tiers are intended for personal / non-commercial experimentation unless Pricing says otherwise.
Do I own the copyright automatically?+
You receive a license to use generated audio according to your plan and the Terms. Copyright treatment of AI outputs varies by jurisdiction; we do not claim to replace legal advice. For client work, keep generation receipts and plan invoices.
Can I release tracks on Spotify as an artist?+
Distribution to DSPs is not a built-in AI-Song feature today. Even with commercial rights, stores and distributors may have their own AI-content policies. We do not promise playlist placement or label clearance.
What about trademarks and artist style cloning?+
Do not prompt for living artistsâ names or protected brands to mimic a specific catalog. That can violate third-party rights even if your plan includes commercial use of the raw audio file. We do not offer celebrity voice cloning as a product promise.
Does AI-Song train its own music model?+
Song generation is routed through partner model providers. AI-Song operates the studio workflow, accounts, credits, and adjacent tools. We disclose this so Trust is not built on invented proprietary-training claims.
